Kinda Hair is uniquely positioned to deliver value to busy moms and dads. Kinda Hair will Provide a kiddies hair and skin services using 100% organic products to helps parents have some “me-time” while the kids hair is being taken care of. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we provide service that have bee overlooked for so many years; adults salons do not cater for kids and we provide play areas, baby sitting and kiddies refreshments while they are getting their hair and skin treatments. This also helps busy moms and dads, especially when they are at the malls, they can their shopping and other necessary errands efficiently. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
We have a number of competitors within the Organic Hair and Skin products for kids market. We consider our key competitors to be: Mini me, Minnie you and Best Kids. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mini me, Minnie you and Best Kids by our aim to use only organic products to suit kids sensitive skin.
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to appoint a sales and marketing manager . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to launch numerous branches in and around the city and countrywide . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
