Key Strategies

Upon the approval of my request which is to be given an equipment( a car), our focus will be to get a good car within the range of 1.5-2.0Litre engine capacity and also preferably an Hybrid version in order to save fuel cost (mpg). This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to driving well without pressure. And based on my calculated projections, I have set a target of N35000 per week (N25000 goes into savings, N7000 goes into car maintenance account, N3,000 on miscellaneous) based on this projection in 1year and two months I will be able to acquire another car and also employ a trusted hand to drive it. After two and half years i will be having 4cars in my fleet.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.


Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Provision of consistent commuters with bonuses Provision of commuters with awards Training of drivers to enhance customer-driver relationship
